WE SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF

Our name was chosen in an attempt to state as clearly as possible that it is our goal to provide structural engineering consulting services that exceed expectations.  This desire is completely independent of the client, project size, or project type and it is never influenced by our fee.

YOU SPEAK... WE LISTEN

We respect the work of the Architect.  We make every effort to create the structure desired and provide continuous and timely information for the development of the building.  We believe communication and coordination are critical and we make every effort keep the architect up to date with our progress, concerns, and conclusions.

We respect the needs of the other consultants.  We work with mechanical and electrical consultants to ensure that the needs of their systems are coordinated.

We respect deadlines. We make every effort to beat agreed upon deadlines and exceed our clients' expectations while still ensuring the documents are complete and precise. We will exhaust our resources (and ourselves) to provide exceptional services within the time allotted in every phase of the project from schematic design to final shop drawing review.

DESIGN IT RIGHT... THE FIRST TIME

We have worked on a wide variety of projects and provided a wide variety of services.  We pro-actively request locations of major mechanical and electrical conveying systems to ensure coordination to proper accommodation of these systems.

We leave no stone unturned to ensure that the structural contractors can construct the work we design and have the necessary information to do so properly and with limited clarification required.  Combine this with the preemptive coordination with the other trades (as described in the paragraph above) and we have answered potential problems before they arise.

We are state of the art with regard to our computer-aided design and drafting.  This allows us to quickly perform an economical design of a structure that we may investigate the construct-ability issues related to all projects.  With this, we can accommodate any challenge that presents itself with regard to project schedule including fast track projects.

We never stop learning.  We consistently participate in continuing education to ensure that we are current with the state of the art in structural engineering.

YOU NAME IT... WE'VE LIKELY DONE IT
